pub struct CheckpointArtifacts {
pub manifest: CheckpointManifest,
pub state_data: Option<Vec<u8>>,
}Expand description
Manifest and optional operator-state sidecar loaded for one exact checkpoint.
The sidecar is present only when the manifest’s checksum shape requires it. Keeping both artifacts together lets recovery validate and restore the same bytes without a second read.
Fields§
§manifest: CheckpointManifestParsed checkpoint manifest.
state_data: Option<Vec<u8>>Exact checksum-required state.bin bytes, if the manifest uses a sidecar.
Implementations§
Source§impl CheckpointArtifacts
impl CheckpointArtifacts
Sourcepub async fn validate(
self,
checkpoint_id: u64,
participant_id: u64,
key_group_count: KeyGroupCount,
max_state_data_bytes: u64,
) -> Result<(Self, ValidationResult), CheckpointStoreError>
pub async fn validate( self, checkpoint_id: u64, participant_id: u64, key_group_count: KeyGroupCount, max_state_data_bytes: u64, ) -> Result<(Self, ValidationResult), CheckpointStoreError>
Validate these already-loaded bytes without blocking an async runtime worker.
Ownership is returned with the result so recovery can restore the same sidecar allocation that was checksummed instead of cloning or re-reading it.
§Errors
Returns CheckpointStoreError::Invalid for an unusable state budget, or
CheckpointStoreError::Io if the blocking validation task cannot be joined.
