Io(String)

Underlying object-store I/O failure.

Conflict(String)

A persisted decision is malformed or conflicts with the requested cut.

InventoryChanged(String)

The immutable inventory changed while it was being enumerated, normally because GC retired a resolved pair. Callers may retry the complete audit from a fresh LIST.
