Struct RetractableLastValueF64Accumulator

Retractable LAST_VALUE accumulator for f64 values.

Uses f64::to_bits() / f64::from_bits() for lossless i64 storage. Uses BTreeMap<i64, Vec<i64>> (timestamp to value_bits) for O(log n) ops.
